General Terms

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) govern the operation of this website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) and define the conditions for the use of the Website’s materials and services. The Website Administrator provides information about itself, as well as contact details for feedback, on the Website.

These Terms constitute a public offer in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

By performing conclusive actions aimed at using the Website, individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the User) are deemed to have unconditionally accepted (accepted) these Terms. Hereby, the User confirms that acceptance of the Terms is equivalent to signing and entering into the Terms under the conditions set forth herein.

All materials and services of the Website are intended solely for lawful use. Any use of the Website for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation or international norms is strictly prohibited.

The data posted on the Website is stored on equipment located within the territory of the Russian Federation. The User undertakes to use the Website’s materials in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

Intellectual Property

By providing their personal data (registration, ordering goods/services, subscribing to newsletters), the User consents to their processing by the Website Administration in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of the Russian Federation and the Privacy Policy.

The User bears full responsibility for the security of their registration data (logins, passwords) and undertakes not to transfer them to third parties.

User Responsibility and Website Use

The User acknowledges that accessing external links is at their own risk. The Administrator is not responsible for their content or any losses resulting from interaction with them.

Limitation of Administrator Liability

The Website Administrator is not responsible for: technical interruptions and temporary unavailability of the Website; direct or indirect losses of the User related to the use of the Website, materials, goods, services, or external resources; actions of third parties that disrupt the Website or infringe the User’s rights.

The Administrator undertakes to take reasonable measures to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Website and the protection of data but does not guarantee complete security or absence of interruptions. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Website.

Miscellaneous Provisions

All disputes arising from these Terms or related legal relationships shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, and in cases of international involvement, also in compliance with the norms of private international law.

By performing actions to accept the Terms, the User confirms that they are familiar with the Terms, agree to them, and undertake to comply with all provisions without exception.
